On 15.08.2021 police arrested and charged Kenson King, 34 years old Prison Officer of Park Hill with four (4) counts of breaching the public order.
According to investigation, on 29.07.2021 about 9:30 a.m. at Kingstown, King allegedly organized or was allegedly concerned in organizing a public procession without notifying the Commissioner of Police at least 24 hours before the procession, (2) and for allegedly taking part in this public procession in contravention of Section 5, sub section (1) of the Public Order Act, Chapter 396 of the Revised Edition of the Laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, 2009.
(3) King was also charged for allegedly organizing or being concerned in organizing a public procession on 05.08.2021 about 9:30 a.m. at Kingstown without notifying the Commissioner of Police at least 24 hours before the procession, (4) and for allegedly taking part in this public procession in contravention of Section 5, sub section (1) of the Public Order Act Chapter 396 of the Revised Edition of the Laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, 2009.
King is expected to appear before the Serious Offences Court to answer the charges.

According to investigation, on 29.07.2021 about 9:30 a.m. at Kingstown, King allegedly organized or was allegedly concerned in organizing a public procession without notifying the Commissioner of Police at least 24 hours before the procession, (2) and for allegedly taking part in this public procession in contravention of Section 5, sub section (1) of the Public Order Act, Chapter 396 of the Revised Edition of the Laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, 2009.
