The new Miss France is Indira Ampiot.
Competing against 29 other ladies last evening at the M.A.CH 36 in Châteauroux, Centre-Val de Loire, the 18-year-old communications student was awarded first place by the judges.
The new Miss France is the fourth Guadeloupean, following in the footsteps of Véronique De La Cruz (1993), Corinne Coman (2003), and Clémence Bottino (2020).
In 2023, Ampiot can compete for the crowns of both Miss World and Miss Universe, where she could represent France.
