- Rotaract Club Kingstown will help low- & no-income households this Christmas
The Rotaract Club of Kingstown is preparing for its annual charity drive, the ‘One Wish’ Christmas initiative.
According to the club, in the genuine spirit of Christmas, everyone is invited to join hands in spreading joy and making a difference in the lives of those less fortunate.
According to the club, they will be actively collecting both food and monetary contributions from the generous public with the primary goal of extending a helping hand to families in need during the month of January, ensuring that the warmth of the holiday season is felt by all from December 9th to December 17th, 2023.
“The selected families are carefully chosen from the Welfare Department’s list of low- or no-income households, ensuring that the support reaches those who need it the most,” the organisation said in a statement.
The Rotaract Club of Kingstown emphasises that every bit of support makes a significant impact on the lives of these families, and they are counting on all of us to rally together in the spirit of giving.
