Antigua & Barbuda and Qatar have agreed to allow airlines to fly commercial and cargo flights between the two countries.
The agreement was signed on the sidelines of the 2023 International Conference on Air Services Negotiations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, by Mohamed Falah Al-Hajri, Qatar’s Acting Undersecretary of the General Authority of Civil Aviation, and Brian Challenger, Antigua and Barbuda’s Senior Technical Advisor at the Ministry of Tourism and Civil Aviation.
In recent months, Qatar has negotiated similar open skies agreements with Grenada, St Lucia, and Guyana.
