- New Headmistress for St Vincent Girls’ High School
St. Vincent Girls’ High School’s new headmistress is C. LaToya DeRoche-John.
DeRoche-John has been a teacher at the school for 17 years and was the former head of the business department.
When the all-girl secondary school reopens for Term 2 on Monday, January 8, she will be in charge.
DeRoche-John succeeds Acting Headmistress Athalie Caine-Soleyn, who has served as Deputy Headmistress since 2021.
Caine-Soleyn has been named Director of Training in the Service Commissions Department’s Personnel Department.
