In the wake of the recent earthquake that struck Taiwan early this morning, 3rd April 2024, the Embassy of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines in the R.O.C. (Taiwan) understands the concern and anxiety that many of you have been feeling regarding the safety of your loved ones.
We are relieved to inform our community that all Vincentian nationals in Taiwan have been accounted for and are safe thus far.
Our embassy will continue to monitor the situation closely. We urge everyone to stay informed through official channels and follow the guidance of local authorities for your safety.
We also wish to express our heartfelt solidarity and support to the people of Taiwan. The resilience and strength of the Taiwanese community inspire us all during these trying times.
We stand together during these challenging times and are here to support in any way we can.
