- RETIRED ELECTRICIAN CHARGED FOR WOUNDING
On April 11, 2024, police arrested and charged Junior Morgan, a 70-year-old retired electrician from Diamond, with the offence of wounding.
The accused allegedly unlawfully and maliciously injured a 14-year-old student in Brighton by striking him on his right forearm with a piece of board.
The incident occurred in Brighton on April 2 at 12 p.m.
Morgan appeared before the Calliaqua Magistrate Court where he pleaded guilty and was fined $1300.00ECC in default one (1) year in prison.
