There will be protest action in all 15 Constituencies if the NDP does not get Justice in the petition ruling. This from Major St Clair Leacock speaking on Hitz Fm earlier this week, Leacock says justice must prevail in this matter, as Vincentians rights are at stake.
The NDP has been battling court petitions following the December 2015 general elections, which saw the ULP returned to office with a razor thin majority 8-7.
Judgment on whether to dismiss the petitions will be delivered on Monday at 11AM, according to information reaching News784.
The election results saw confrontations between the Opposition leader and Deputy Prime Minister, Police and protesters, civilians and the supervisor of elections.
Regional organizations have declared the election results free and fair.
