Police arrested and charged Ettian Charles, 34 year unemployed of Arnos Vale, on 17th September 2018 for having in his possession six (6) rounds of .38 ammunition without a license issued under the Firearm Act.
Charles was also charged for having in his possession one (1) black and silver Smith and Wesson .38 Revolver serial number unknown without a license issued under the Firearm Act.
Charles appeared before the Family Court on 18th September 2018 and was denied bail by the magistrate. The matter was transferred to the Kingstown Magistrate Court for hearing.
