Police are investigating a report of Unlawful Sexual Intercourse and Indecent Assault made by a 35-year-old Domestic of North Union on behalf of her 13-year-old daughter of Chapmans Village on 15th October 2018.
The report was made against a 36-year-old Farmer of Chapmans Village.
Investigations revealed that the accused man allegedly had sexual intercourse with the minor and indecently assaulted her by allegedly touching her inappropriately about her body.
At the time of those alleged incidents, the victim was under the age of 13 years old.
The incidents occurred over the period of 29th May 2016 to 1st September 2018.
