Police are investigating a report of Sexual Harassment by Electronic Communication made by a 22 years old unemployed of Richland Park.
According to reports, some unknown person(s) intentionally and without lawful excuse or justification and without the virtual complainant’s consent use a Cellular Phone to distribute or transmit sexually explicit images of her private parts.
This according to the report was done between 8:00am and 8:45 am on 21st October 2018.
