The National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (NTRC), alongside its partners wishes to invite the general public to its 2018 i2 Competition Grand Finale and Prize Giving Ceremony.
This event will be held at the Kingstown Methodist Church Hall on Wednesday November 14, 2018 from 9:00am – 5:00pm.
Teams representing various secondary schools such as the St. Vincent Grammar School, Troumaca Ontario Secondary, Petit Bordel Secondary, North Union Secondary, St. Vincent Girls’ High School, Union Island Secondary, St. Martin’s Secondary as well as citizens under the age of 35 years will compete in their respective categories at the event.
There will also be an exhibition for the Open Category at 12:00 PM, where members of the public can interact with the teams and view their mobile applications.
Additionally, you can vote for your favorite team via NTRC’s website (www.ntrc.vc/vote). Voting opens for a period of thirty minutes after presentations are completed for each category on Wednesday November 14, 2018.
The event details are as follows:
- The Opening Ceremony will commence at 9:00 am.
- The Secondary Idea Category Judging will commence at 9:30 am.
- The Secondary Mobile Application Category Judging will commence at 11:30 am.
- The Open Category Judging will commence at 2:10 pm.
- The Results and Prize Giving Ceremony will commence at 4:15 pm.
