Mental health is a level of psychological well-being or an absence of mental illness, mental illness is a disease that causes mild to severe disturbances in thought and/or behavior, resulting in an inability to cope with life’s ordinary demands and routines.
Mental health problems may be related to excessive stress due to a particular situation or series of events.
George in a Facebook post said it is manifesting daily with many unhealthy fixations when people believe they are in relationship with others.
The Attorney said whether cordial or otherwise when reality hits they then conjure up in their mind that it has to be because they and the person are in some kind of ongoing competition or conflict.
These the attorney said are obviously desperate cries for attention.
As with cancer, diabetes and heart disease, mental illnesses are often physical as well as emotional and psychological.
With proper care and treatment many individuals learn to cope or recover from a mental illness or emotional disorder.
George Further noted that sadly it appears the cries for help are not being looked at, what you find though are enablers perpetuating these said unhealthy fixations.
The Attorney urging individuals who have friends that exhibit traits of Mental Health issues not to pamper them but help to get an assessment done and commence therapy as soon as possible before it gets worse.
It is especially important to pay attention to sudden changes in thoughts and behaviors when dealing with mental health issues.
