Police have arrested and charged a 31-year old Chauffeur with the offence of Rape and Indecent Assault.
The accused allegedly (i) had unlawful sexual intercourse with a 15-year old Student.
police noted that the student did not consent to intercourse and at the time he knew that she did not consent to the intercourse or was reckless as to whether she consented or not.
The 31-year old was additionally charged with (ii)Indecently Assaulting the complainant.
The incident occurred between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm on 05th December 2018.
