Press secretary to Prime Minister Dr Ralph Gonsalves has ended his 12 year tenure in that position, king had replaced former press secretary Glen Jackson.
Jackson was found dead in his vehicle minutes from his home in the suburbs of Kingstown on Monday 6th March 2006.
King is now acting General Manager of National Properties LTD, National Properties Limited is wholly owned by the Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
Its primary function is the management of real property on behalf of the state.
The government has not announced King’s replacement, however a source told News784 that it is likely former diplomat Sehon Marshall could be appointed to the position.
