Police arrested and charged Dangla Browne, 29 years old Driver of Carriere with Grievous Bodily Harm on 01.03.19.
The accused allegedly unlawfully and maliciously inflicted grievous bodily harm to a 40-year-old Farmer of Carriere by beating him about his body with a piece of iron, on 02.09.17 at Carriere.
Browne is expected to appear before the Serious Offences Court to answer the charge.
Police have also arrested and charged Delroy Quashie, 42-year-old Delivery Clerk of Sally Spring with Actual Bodily Harm on 03.03.19.
The accused allegedly stabbed a 60-year-old Domestic of Sion Hill about her body with a pair of scissors, and bit her on the left hand causing her actual bodily harm. The incident occurred on 01.03.19 at Sion Hill.
Quashie is expected to appear before the Magistrate Court to answer the charge.
