(LOOPTT) – Three people, including a St Vincent national, were held during police operations in the Morvant district, Trinidad on Thursday.
In total, the officers seized 2.86 kilogrammes of marijuana, 15 rounds of 9mm ammunition, and a quantity of camouflage clothing.
Three persons were held.
Two were held for possession of 666 grammes of marijuana. These drugs, LoopTT was told, have a street value of $35,000.
The St Vincent national was detained for questioning on a variety of offences. More on this as it becomes available.
