National Fisherfolk Organization and Japanese volunteers are organizing a fish fest on the 10th May, the opening day of the Fisherman’s month activities 2019, that starts from 10th May and ends on 10th June 2019.
It will be held at AIW Fish Market Compound from 11am-6pm.
At the events, there will be dishes such as beer batter fish, fish and chips, drinks, and other fish dishes to celebrate the opening of the month.
There will also be a Domino Contest between fishers and vendors at 4 pm. There are also planned fish fests in Caliaqua and in Kingstown.
