Police have arrested and charged a 37 year old Vendor residing within the Kingstown district with Rape on 09.05.19.
The accused man allegedly had unlawful sexual intercourse with a 15 year old student on two (2) separate occasions between 28.02.19 and 31.03.19.
The accused is expected to appear before the Serious Offences Court to answer the charges.
