Opposition leader Arnhim Eustace is calling on the government to shed some light as to what is happening at the Argyle International Airport regarding management.
Eustace said Monday on radio, that the government needs to come clean with what is happening since reports of the persons hired to manage the airport when it is completed have left.
There have been no official reports, Eustace’s claims and he wants the government or the AIA to break the silence on the matter.
The opening of the airport has been in the public domain for years and the NDP is claiming that persons may have left because they are not confident that the airport will receive approval for operations when it is completed.
However, the Eastern Caribbean Civil Aviation Authority has stated that the airport had passed all the tests conducted so far.
