On Tuesday 10th Sept. 2019 a Ceremony was held at private Mt. Wynne for the signing of an agreement between Marriott International and National Properties Ltd for the St. Vincent Marriott Resort.
The 250 room $50m US Hotel to be built by the Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines will be managed by Marriott the largest hotel chain in the world over a three years period and would create employment for 250-300 Vincentians.
The agreement was signed by Hans King GM National Properties Ltd. and Bojan Kumer Vice President of Hotel Development Marriott International in the Caribbean and Latin America.
