Police have arrested and charged Augustus Davis, 31 years old farmer of Peters Hope with Controlled Drug possession on 3.10.19.
According to investigations, the accused was allegedly met in possession of three thousand, four hundred and forty-one grammes (3441g) of cannabis with intent to supply to another.
Police also arrested and charged Augustus Davis, 31 years old farmer of Peters Hope, Justin Inlaw, 36 years Old Businessman of New Montrose and Fadiffa Bakel, 35 years old Businessman of Canada with unlicensed firearm and ammunition possession on 3.10.19.
According to investigations, the accused men were allegedly met with one (1) 9mm pistol, one (1) round of .38 ammunition and four (4) rounds of 9mm ammunition in their possession without a license issued under the firearm act. The indecent occurred on 2.10.19.
The accused men are expected to appear before the Serious Offences Court for arraignment.
