The man who made a threat to the Supervisor of Elections Sylvia Findlay was on Monday found guilty of two charges laid against him and had to pay $1,100 forthwith.
Hans King made a call to a radio station on Tuesday stating the Asbert Richards was convicted of a threat and the use of indecent language towards Findlay.
King said no legal representation turned up in court to aide Roberts, stating that a lawyer was in court when Roberts made his first court appearance but was not present in court on Monday.
King, is the son-in-law of Findlay, has on occasions used his radio program to speak out against what he deemed to be harassment towards her by supporters of the opposition NDP, since the December elections.
