Venezuela participates in the International Solar Alliance in India
The Executive Vice President of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, arrived in India on Tuesday, October 29th, on an agenda that proposes to strengthen ties of brotherhood, cooperation and fraternity with this Asian nation, within the framework of the Second Assembly of the International Solar Alliance.
Rodriguez traveled in the company of the head of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Venezuela, Simón Zerpa, with whom she will develop an extensive binational agenda agreed in the first instance with Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro, as specified in a statement from the office of the Vice President of that South American nation. Meanwhile, the Venezuelan official extended her intention to collaborate with India to strengthen relations between the two nations, in coordination and supervision of the Venezuelan head of state, who closely follows this visit to India.
Venezuela celebrates 14 years free of illiteracy
President of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, on Sunday, October 27, celebrated the 14th anniversary of the country’s declaration as a Territory Free of Illiteracy, a milestone achieved by President Hugo Chávez.
Through the social network Twitter, the President recalled that President Chavez was the architect of the social programs that managed to eradicate illiteracy. Thus, on October 28th, 2005, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) made the declaration on the occasion of the anniversary of the birth of the Venezuelan hero Simón Rodríguez.
President Maduro: Venezuela beat imperialism again in NAM
President of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, stressed that his country once again defeated the policies promoted by the imperialism of the United States at the XVIII Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM), held last Friday in Azerbaijan.

Venezuela denounces arbitrary US measures against 39 countries
The imposition of arbitrary measures by the United States against several countries around the world was denounced by the Venezuelan delegation present at the XVIII Summit of Non-Aligned Countries, held in Baku, Azerbaijan.
The Venezuelan Ambassador to the United Nations Organization, Samuel Moncada, denounced the economic terrorism executed by US President Donald Trump, which affects a third of humanity with more than 8,000 measures in 39 countries. The measures constitute a “threat to the entire international relations system and is the biggest violation of human rights in the world,” said the Venezuelan official.
Venezuelan Minister warns of false positives from Colombia
Venezuelan Defense Minister Vladimir Padrino warned of a continuous process of building false positives, generated from Colombia to attack the country’s sovereignty.

Peru Migration registers greater output of Venezuelans from the country
