President Maduro presents tax, fiscal and productive investment proposals to National Constituent Assembly of Venezuela
On Tuesday, President of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro presented a set of legislative proposals alluding to the fiscal, tax, tariff and productive investment to the National Constituent Assembly.
The bills were presented by the head of state, within the framework of his annual message to the Nation about his management. “To our country I ratify all the commitment, all the strength and all the decision to continue working the destinies of the future of a nation,” added the High President, Nicolás Maduro.
The president also urged the constituents to speed up the debate and subsequent approval of the legislative package he proposes, “so that it effectively allows us to obtain resources from our economy to invest them in the robust economic and social system of Venezuela as well as to protect the different actors in the economy, “he added.
President Maduro: Neither Almagro nor the OAS will re-enter Venezuela
“What is certain in this country is that they will never enter Cúcuta, or Puerto Cabello, neither the OAS, nor Luis Almagro,” said the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, during the handing over of the Report and Account of the year 2019 to the National Constituent Assembly.

President Maduro decrees sale in Petro of 4.5 million barrels of crude oil

GMVV builds the 3,079,033rd home
Great Housing Mission Venezuela (GHMV) this week reached the figure of 3,079,033 homes delivered throughout the country, as reported on Wednesday, January 15th by Minister of Habitat and Housing, Ildemaro Villarroel, during meeting No. 2 of the Superior Body of housing.
The Minister said that the Great Mission Barrio Nuevo Tricolor reached 1,432,699 homes rehabilitated in the 250 strips activated in the national territory. At the same time, he pointed out that the National Institute of Urban Lands (Intu) has handed over land titles to 1,083,685 families.

Venezuelan government expresses willingness to dialogue with the opposition
President of the National Constituent Assembly of Venezuela, Diosdado Cabello, expressed the willingness of the Government of President Nicolás Maduro to dialogue with the opposition, as proposed by the Norwegian authorities.

Venezuela denounces US sanctions against National Assembly directive
The Government of Venezuela denounced a new attack by the United States (USA) when applying unilateral coercive measures against public servants, specifically, the opposition deputies elected on January 5th as the Board of Directors of the National Assembly (AN).

Venezuela will host social movements meeting

Venezuela denounces US document to intervene in legislative elections

Venezuela expresses its commitment to regional integration to CELAC
Vice President for Communication, Culture and Tourism of Venezuela, Jorge Rodríguez, stressed that his country wishes to contribute to regional integration to achieve sustainable development, within the framework of the installation of the pro tempore presidency of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) in Mexico.
The Minister expressed the commitment of the Government of the South American country with the pro tempore presidency to contribute to the 14 work areas raised by Mexico, which are based on achieving victories in matters of culture, science and technology, health and governance, among others.
Venezuela will carry out 2020 Military Exercises in February
Venezuelans will carry out the first 2020 Military Exercises next February, with the purpose of preparing to defend the peace and sovereignty of the South American nation, Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro reported on Wednesday.
“We are going to do some special military exercises to deploy the weapons system of the entire Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) of the Bolivarian Militia,” said the Venezuelan President, who led the assembly of Popular Grouping Commanders of Integral Defense of the Bolivarian Militia. He added that these “are the first military exercises in defense of cities, we are going to defend the cities inside, from the neighborhoods, from the countryside.”
Conviasa will reactivate flights to Argentina
