A female resident of Upper Arnos Vale/Bom Bom is now warded at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital (MCMH), after she was run over by a truck at around 11 am today.
An eyewitness said that Venus Nanton was making her way home when she was knocked over by a truck.
Reports are that the truck driver was reversing when he ran over Nanton.
She was rushed to MCMH where she is said to be in stable condition but is nursing a broken pelvis and other injuries.
