Mourners and schoolmates turned out in their hundreds on Saturday to pay their final respects to Justin Young of Lower Questells.
Young died after the truck he was working on for the summer vacation overturned in Fair hall after encountering a mishap with another vehicle.
Justin was rushed to the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital where he underwent surgery and a CAT scan on the brain.
Following surgery, he was taken to the intensive care unit due to the complex nature of his injuries. He, however, died the same evening some 4 hours after surgery.
Justin, the driver, and another teenager were on board the truck when the incident occurred on 29th July 2016.
Investigations are still ongoing into the incident.
