Derek Minors was last week slapped with a fine of $500 after pleading guilty to possession of just over 300 grams of marijuana.
The manager of the CK Greaves Supermarket at Pembroke was arrested at his home after the police carried out a search and found the marijuana and Minors were taken into custody.
He had three charges laid against him but was reprimanded and discharged on the other two, with Magistrate Bertie Pompey giving Minors time to pay the fine.
Failure to pay will result in Minors spending two months in jail.
