St. Vincent & the Grenadines recorded a 6.4 percent increase in visitor arrivals for the period January to May, 2016, compared with the same period last year.
This was revealed by Minister of Tourism, Sports and Culture, Hon. Cecil McKie, on Tuesday at a Press conference.
Minister McKie said that 119,982 visitors came between January and May this year, compared with 112, 773 for the same period last year.
According to Minister McKie his ministry is still being encouraged by the arrivals and looks forward to the coming on stream of the Argyle International Airport, which he says will bring greater increases in our arrival figures.
