(Police Report) – Police arrested and jointly charged Affiesha Francois, 20yro Self-employed of Arnos Vale and Shanniah Moesha Spencer, 20yro Self-employed of the same address with four (4) counts of theft on 13.03.2021.
According to investigations, the accused women on four (4) separate occasions allegedly stole a sum of money amounting to $2,160.00ECC in cash, the property of an 83-year-old Retired Businessman of Akers.
The incident occurred between 24.02.21 and 26.02.2021 at Akers.
Francois and Spencer appeared at the Calliaqua Magistrate Court on 16.3.2021 and pleaded not guilty to the charges.
They were both granted bail. The matters were transferred to the Mesopotamia Magistrate Court for hearing on 26.3.2021.
