Please be advised that the Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines places no restrictions on individuals wishing to send barrels and other items to their families.
Those barrels sent to individual families are eligible for the 100% duty-free concession approved by Cabinet. Families are however encouraged to consider sending monies directly to their families instead of individual packages, to avoid congestion at the port in light of the bulk packages being received at this time.
Organisations and individuals wishing to donate to NEMO and other registered charities and organisations can continue to do so and these donations will also be eligible for the duty-free concessions.
The duty-free concession on the importation of water announced, relates to all water imported into this country until further notice and include water imported by commercial entities as well as charitable organisations. This concession is available until further notice.
