The National Society of Persons with Disabilities (NSPD) is organizing activities for Disabilities Awareness Month, which will be celebrated from November 7 to December 7, 2016.
Saturday, December 3, 2016, marks International Day of Person with Disabilities.
The month will be observed under the theme “Disability together we can achieve” and will begin with a church service on Saturday, November 12, 2016, to be hosted by the Calder Seventh Day Adventist Church beginning at 9:00am.
During the month the society will focus on “Challenges faced by persons with disabilities in St. Vincent and the Grenadines”.
The National Society of Persons with Disabilities is inviting all persons with disabilities to participate in this month of activities.
