“We are going to interview and hire people that are qualified; we are going to favour residents of the surrounding communities because of access to the land”.
Joesph Romano Attorney and partner with Pace Development, developers of the soon to be constructed 250 room resort and villas at Mt Wynne- Peters Hope, made that clear while speaking on the radio last week.
Romano said bringing foreigners disrupts people’s personal and business lives back home.
However, the management team of Pace Development has to be involved in the day to day operations of the project.
“We intend to use local labour, especially the skilled workforce”.
The developer said all professionals attached project are local and include Lawyers, Architects and Engineers.
“ There are no foreign professionals, all local”, Romano said.
