The Bank of St. Vincent and the Grenadines Limited has appointed Mr. Bernard Hamilton as Country Manager.
Chairman of the Board Sir Errol Allen explained, “This is a new position as we seek to consolidate operations with our parent company East Caribbean Financial Holding Company Limited (ECFH).”
He said “The positions of Managing Director of Bank of St. Vincent and the Grenadines and General Manager of Bank of St. Lucia will be replaced by a Country Manager for the banking operations in each territory.”
Mr. Hamilton who previously held the position of Manager Credit Administration took up the new post as Country Manager of the Bank of St. Vincent and the Grenadines effective May 1.
He has many years of banking experience and is well known to those in the banking sector and community at large.
Sir Errol thanked the former Managing Director of Bank of St. Vincent and the Grenadines Limited Mr. Derry Williams for his invaluable contribution in leading the bank over the years.
Mr. Williams was due to take up a new position within the ECFH group effective May 1, 2016.
