Information on last night’s shooting indicates that the owner of Double Happiness Restaurant was shot in an attempted robbery.
The attempted robbery took place on his way home by mask gun men.His wife sustained injuries not gun related.
According to Leslie Mulraine, he was at the hospital on Friday night when a Toyota Noah van came speeding in . The driver,a Chinese, had a wound to his arm he wrote on NEWS784 Facebook page.
A Chinese woman was in the front seat with a head injury apparently caused by her head smashing the windshield Mulraine added. The windshield had an indentation from the inside out.
Mulraine stated he no idea what happened until he saw this story.

Reports coming out of St Vincent, is that a man was shot some time around 7.55 Pm this evening.
It was also reported that the individual hails from among the Chinese community living on the island,and was shot at a food service outlet in Kingstown.
We don’t have any information as to injuries the individual may have sustained from the incident.
Many of the Chinese residents on the islands are currently engaged in the restaurant business.
