Delivery Truck Driver Shot In Armed Robbery In Petit Bordel

The driver of a delivery truck belonging to the St Vincent Brewery was shot during an armed robbery in Petit Bordel some time before 2pm today.(Tuesday 16th August)
Petit Bordel is a village in the North Leeward Constituency.Information is that the driver was shot in the leg.
The incident according to sources took place in front of “officers shop” and in close proximity to the area representative shop on the main road in Petit Bordel.
The perpetrator reportedly made off with a bag containing an undisclosed sum of money.Villagers say the robbers fled the scene in a rented vehicle.
