Douglas De Freitas political activist and proprietor of Nice Radio was slapped with 10 additional charges, and will face the courts today 29th of August 2016.
The 10 will be added to De Freitas list of charges stemming back to statements he made regarding elections 2015.
DeFreitas speaking on his radio program earlier this morning express thanks to those who send messages and call with words of encouragement.
According to summons received, De Freitas made statements contrary to Section 64 (1) of the Criminal Code, Chapter 171 of the Revised Edition of the Laws of St Vincent and the Grenadines, 2009.
