Labourer charged with Assault
On April 18, 2025, police arrested and charged Daineym Enville, a 34-year-old Labourer of Cane Hall, with the offence of Assault.
According to investigations, the accused allegedly assaulted a 58-year-old Domestic of the same address by pushing her on her chest with his hands, causing Actual Bodily Harm.
The offence was reportedly committed in Cane Hall on April 8, 2025. Enville appeared before the Kingstown Magistrate Court on April 22, 2025, and pleaded not guilty to the charge. He was granted bail in the sum of $1,500.00 ECC with one surety. He was also ordered not to have any contact with the complainant and the matter was adjourned to January 8, 2026.
