The private Peter Islands Resort facility has finally commenced taking reservations since being in a state of rebuilding after the island was ravaged by Hurricane Irma of 2017.
In a Facebook post on January 17, 2024, the report stated, “We’re excited to welcome you back to the newly reimagined Peter Island Resort in 2024! We have been, and continue to be, hard at work crafting and curating a private island resort experience that will be nothing short of extraordinary.”
The Resort, which was once featured as one of the top 5 places to visit in the Virgin Islands, was hit badly by the hurricanes which impacted not only the facility, but the staff there.
Since 2017, the resort in a Facebook update had shared that until they are confident of providing good service to its valued guests, no reservations for future bookings would be made.
