St Vincent’s latest road fatality is a Georgetown mother of five. Rhonda Browne, 55, of Spring Village, Georgetown, died in Georgetown Hospital on Saturday after being hit by a car at 1:00 a.m. The driver of the vehicle is being held by police as part of the inquiry.
