Police have arrested and charged Jerry Phillips, a 23-year-old Fisherman of Rillan Hill with Unlawful Firearm Discharge and Criminal Trespass on 09.05.19.
Phillips allegedly discharged a firearm at a 42-year-old Bank Teller of Paul Over after having entered upon his property with the intent of committing the offence of theft. The incident occurred on 05.11.18 at Paul Over.
Phillips is expected to appear before the Serious Offences Court to answer the charges.
