Police arrested and charged Tyrone Scarborough, 45 years old Labourer of Spring Village for Arson, on 06th August 2018 at 9:30 a.m.
According to investigations, on 02nd August 2018 at 6:30 a.m. at Cumberland Bay, Scarborough destroyed by fire one (1) Kayak valued EC$3,500.00 and one (1) yellow and blue 16 feet fibreglass boat valued EC$16,000.00, the property of basil Scarborough, 40 years old Fisherman of the Spring Village.
Scarborough appeared before the Serious Offences Court and was sent for psychiatric evaluation at the Mental Asylum.
He is to return to court at a later date for the report.
