Prime Minister of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, the Honourable Dr. Ralph E. Gonsalves, signed an Air Services Agreement with the Foreign Minister of Chile while President of Chile, Her Excellency Michelle Bachelet looked on.
The agreement was signed prior to the opening of the 37th Caricom conference currently taking place in Guyana.
