St Vincent and the Grenadines Postal Corporation will assist customers with online access to all of their utility bills beginning Tuesday, May 3rd 2022. The purpose of this service is to assist customers who do not have access to the internet or e-mail but would like to keep track of their utility bills.
Director of Postal Services Jacqueline Adams Ollivierre said, “Many of our customers have expressed frustration at the announcement by utilities that they intend to go paperless.” This means that utility bills will no longer be printed for customers and their accounts will have to be accessed online through email addresses.”
There are many customers who have not yet adopted this concept, and some do not even have e-mail addresses, so SVG Post will allow them to register at any of its district post offices and at its head office in Kingstown, following which they can inquire at any time about the status of their bills, and make payments at the same time.
The Head Office is open from 7.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m., and district offices are open from 8.30 a.m. until 3.30 p.m.
