In a release, the St Vincent police said the tethering of all animals on the tarmac and surrounding areas of the ET Joshua Centre must cease immediately.
The animals may be treated in the most serious of ways in accordance with the Stock Trespass Act, Chapter 70 of the Revised Edition of the Laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines 2009.
As part of this Act, the Police are given the authority to destroy animals that are causing damage to property.
