Three persons appeared before Magistrate Taheria Gillineau at the St. George’s Number 2 Magistrate’s Court on Monday 29th April, charged in connection with the seizure of twenty-four pounds of cannabis.
Clifford Samuel 26 years, a labourer, Nyasha Bellingy, 32 years, store manager both citizens of St. Vincent & the Grenadines, and Frank Allard, a 43-year old builder residing at Windward Carriacou, have been jointly charged with conspiracy to traffic a controlled drug and trafficking a controlled drug.
Samuel and Bellingy have been remanded to Her Majesty’s Prison while Allard was granted bail in the sum of sixty thousand dollars with two sureties. They are all due to reappear in court on Thursday, May 9th 2019.
They are all represented by attorney Derek Sylvester.
