A former officer of the Royal St Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force was crowned Queen in the BVI on Saturday night.
Police constable, Ms. Joeverne Webb was crowned the 2016 Miss Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) Queen, on Saturday, October 29, 2016.
A total of three officers competed in the pageant. The first runner-up went to Acting Chief Inspector Smyrna Brewley and second runner-up to constable Delma Tavenier Perez.
Webb also won Best Interview, Best Introduction, Best Drill, and Best Eveningwear . Webb also took the titles of Miss Congeniality, Miss Poised, and Miss Intellect.
Webb served in the Coast Guard service of SVG before joining the RVIPF where she has been working for the last two years.
The show was part of the 50th-anniversary celebrations of the Police Force there. The last Miss RVIPF was held in 1997.
