Reports state that a Vincentian living here is now waiting for extradition to Canada to face criminal charges. According to the (RCMP )Vincentian National, Kshawn Rocque is one of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police’s Most Wanted fugitives.
Below is the RCMP description of his alleged crime: Wanted on the Canada-wide warrant for first-degree murder.
Kshawn Rocque is wanted in relation to the drive-by shooting of Fehmi Sen in Montreal, Québec, Canada. On May 30th, 2013, Fehmi Sen and two friends were standing near a park in the Côte-des-neiges area in Montreal when Rocque fired shots at him from a black moving vehicle.
Reports in the Canadian media stated that Three men were charged with first-degree murder after they were arrested the night of the shooting .
Shorn Carr, Rakesh Jankie, and Marlon Henry, along with a fourth who was unidentified at the time were all stopped by police the night of May 30, 2013, soon after a 20-year-old man was shot and killed in Kent Park in CDN.
The fourth man who was questioned later and released is said to be Vincentian national Kshawn Rocque,he according to information fled the country and Montreal police sought an international warrant for his arrest.
