Venezuela rejects US “transition” plan
Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza said on Tuesday, March 31st, that Venezuela’s sovereignty is not under negotiation, rejecting a proposal by the United States on a political transition in the South American country. “They can say what they want, when they want, however, they want, but the decisions in Venezuela are made in Venezuela, with its institutions and its constitution. We are not supervised by the United States,” Arreaza said in an interview with the Colombian radio station BluRadio.
The United States Special Representative for Venezuela, Elliot Abrams, presented a project for a political transition in the South American nation, backed by Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo.

Venezuela rejects new US attack in the midst of fighting against COVID-19

During the pandemic, the US Government has increased unilateral coercive measures, rejecting the international request for an end to them as they make it impossible for Venezuela to purchase medicines.
Aid from China comes to Venezuela to fight COVID-19
A delegation of medical specialists and a shipment of humanitarian aid from China arrived in Venezuela early Monday, March 30th, to join the efforts of this South American country to control the 2019 coronavirus pandemic.
At 02:30 local time (06:30 GMT), a HAINAN Airlines plane arrived with eight Chinese specialists in respiratory conditions to Venezuela to help fight COVID-19, the third flight between the two countries in the context of the health emergency.
President Nicolás Maduro: We demonstrate discipline in quarantine
President of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, gave an assessment of the measures adopted by the Government to combat the coronavirus in the South American nation. “We are making a great effort, advancing in the correct methodology to contain this pandemic, but nobody can claim victory, we must strengthen prevention measures, the social quarantine,” said the head of state.

ALBA-TCP countries reject US attack against Venezuela
The countries of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America – People’s Trade Treaty (ALBA-TCP) rejected the US accusation against the Venezuelan president, Nicolás Maduro, and Bolivarian Government officials.

Parlatino demands an end to the blockade against Cuba and Venezuela in the face of a pandemic

From Colombia Alcalá Cordones confesses plan against Venezuela
